Physique Affûté brand image: Product quality

Product quality is our number 1 priority

. . . and our reshipment rate of 0.27% is really very low.

Extensive quality control

All orders go through a 3-step quality check before being shipped. Our automated software evaluates the quality of graphics before printing. Fulfillment specialists verify design quality during printing, and the quality assurance team performs final product verification after printing.

State-of-the-art printing technology

large printer advanced technology

The production centers are equipped with the latest Kornit, Mimaki and Epson printers worth more than $83.8 million. . But what really makes our printers the best is their custom configuration . We've fine-tuned our technology for maximum print color results so graphics look sharp and vibrant.

Meticulous product testing

Every product we add to our catalog has passed our strict quality tests.

We test printing graphics on each product color. We test inks to see which ones give the best printing results. If that's not meticulous enough, we also do several product wash tests to see the durability of the print. It can take us up to 3 months to launch a new product, but we are 100% sure it will be the best on the market .

Manufacturing to order

Every purchase, big or small, has a footprint. You choose the size of the footprint to leave on the planet, and we want to help you choose wisely.

One in five items of clothing ( see article ) ends up in a landfill without having been worn even once. By choosing on-demand manufacturing, you choose clothing created only to order, which creates less fabric waste than traditional manufacturing.

Our goal is to make on-demand manufacturing the norm for a planet with limited resources and for people with infinite ideas. It’s an ambitious goal, so we’re approaching it step by step.
